The company was founded in 1965.〔(Delek Group: IDE Technologies )〕 It is headquartered in the Hasharon Industrial Park in Kadima, Israel.〔 Its Chairman is Asaf Bartfeld,〔 while its Chief Executive Officer and President is Avshalom Felber.〔
